I have lived in the Myrtle Beach area for over 20 years, and have a strong connection to it's beauty and appeal, which I believe make it the perfect destination for an event. After moving to Myrtle Beach in 2000, the first employment I gained was in the hospitality industry, and I soon became an event coordinator and sales manager for a local hotel. As time went on, I opted to take another career path in healthcare, eventually completing a master's degree from the University of South Carolina. Although I am still very passionate about healthcare, I never forgot how much enjoyment I got from my earlier days planning events. This is what inspired me to create Custom Event Solutions. We hold certifications in both wedding and event planning from the IAP Career College in Princeton, New Jersey and are also a member of the International Association of Wedding Planners.
